My work focuses on setting architectural direction for enterprise AI and automation in regulated environments. I translate business priorities into platform strategies, reference architectures and governance that teams can put into practice.
At E.ON, my focus includes agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, responsible AI and secure enterprise adoption. I also explore the operational side of AI: LLMOps, token efficiency and the economics of running platforms at scale.
